The diversity of my training allows me to tune into each client’s specific needs in terms of healing. My expectation and intention is that each client leave my room better than they walked in.
My journey into the health and wellness industry began in the late 70’s. It has been a circuitous path from fitness instructor and personal trainer to becoming an Advanced practitioner in John Barnes’ Approach to Myofascial Release (MFR). Underlying each stop in my journey was a deep curiosity into the nature of healing. I believe that our bodies are designed to heal and that we each have inner wisdom that can guide the process. What I provide is an expertise and practiced sense on seeing where specific areas in the body are holding tension and causing dysfunction, the impact on the whole body and how to release it.
Along with MFR I have taken coursework and/or studied the following modalities:

~Medical Qi Gong
